Returns & Refunds Policy – Hyde Park Tiles

At Hyde Park Tiles, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return your tiles, please note the following conditions:

• Return Period: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Condition of Goods: All returned tiles must be in their original condition and supplied in full, unopened boxes only.

• Return Method: Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return delivery. Goods must be safely returned to our warehouse at:
  Hyde Park Tiles, ST4 1DR, Stoke-on-Trent.

• Responsibility: Returned goods remain the customer’s responsibility until they are safely received and checked by our team. We recommend using a reliable carrier and ensuring items are securely packaged.

Refunds will be processed once the tiles are inspected and confirmed to be in resalable condition.
