Shipping policy

At Hyde Park Tiles, we aim to make delivery as simple and reliable as possible.

• Local Delivery: We offer a local delivery service within 10 miles of our Stoke-on-Trent showroom for orders over 250kgs. Cost of £19.99

• Nationwide Delivery: If you live outside of the 10-mile radius, your order will be delivered via a trusted pallet carrier and offloaded using a tail lift. Please note that all pallet deliveries are curbside only.

• Checking Your Delivery: All orders must be carefully checked on arrival. Any damages or missing items must be recorded on the delivery note with the driver at the time of delivery.
